How to Stay Compliant
- Obtain the required STR permit ($104.50 for 2-year license) before listing
- Collect and remit all applicable taxes (14.5% combined (sales tax on accommodations + transient lodging tax))
- Do not exceed the 90-day annual limit
- Display your permit number on all listing platforms
- Respond to complaints and maintain good neighbor relations
- Renew your license on time (every 2 years)
